Greenaway Architecture is a multi award winning practice focused on contemporary design with a diverse and expanding clientele across residential, commercial and student housing sectors. Greenaway Architecture specialises in realising the full potential of complex sites in sensitive locations. Our portfolio includes new build developments on vacant sites through to refurbishment of listed buildings, ranging from 150 units to single high end houses.
Our projects have won The Sunday Times British Homes Awards, both Best Future Facing Home and The Reader’s Choice Award in The Daily Telegraph Homebuilding & Renovating Awards, as well as finalists for Building Design ‘Architect of the Year’ award, the RIBA Awards, the Building Awards, Home of the Year, Property Week Awards for Student Housing Development of the Year and ‘Design Excellence’ in The Planning Awards, as well as the Bath Property Awards. Greenaway Architecture have also been awarded BUILD Magazine’s Design & Build Awards as ‘Most Innovative Commercial Architecture Practice – South East England.’ Greenaway Architecture are also proud to be a judge at the British Homes Awards 2024, which celebrate exceptional design.
